She is the sole record-keeper of the current Tallests, and is sworn to silence regarding these secrets. Breaking this oath would result in immediate termination. Lilium also advises the Tallests on many issues, including: snacks, military stratagies, diplomacy with allied worlds, snacks, the Resisty and other rebel factions, and snacks.

Personality: Loyal, kind, free-spirited but very obedient, Lilium is very respected among her peers. She possesses an individuality, but does not allow free-thinking to get in the way of following orders and remains loyal to the empire.

Addendum: Lilium has been declared missing after failing to show up at a scheduled meeting with the Fri'ien Ambassador.

A quiet moment during Dr. Horrible's sinister plot. This is after the REAL Dr. Horrible emerges; the truly evil side of Billy. As you can see, he kept Penny's body, keeping it preserved in hopes of reviving her... or simply to keep her close, since they couldn't be together in life.

I'm not quite sure who the other girl is. Most likely someone important, or important to... someone important. Anyway, Dr. Horrible has kidnapped her/taken her hostage. I'm not sure what he plans to do with her... but I'm considering having her be a potential new love-interest, to clash with his lingering feelings for Penny.

She also has no name. Suggestions are welcome. I like her, though; she's pretty. (also, I didn't forget to fill in her antennae; I'm thinking of making them colourful.. sort of)
